Welcome to GW Comms Group.

Internal communication hasn’t always been given the credit it deserves. Fortunately, most organisations now widely recognise employee comms and engagement as providing  significant organisational value, but may need help getting it right. That’s where we can help.

Nowadays it is common place for organisations to have a dedicated person or people to communicate across an organisation, straddling that middle ground between the ears and eyes of leaders and the voice of the people.

We help businesses to smoothly adapt to change

Not all organisations are set up to deal with the constantly changing environment we find ourselves in – whether it’s adapting to hybrid and remote working and the challenges of increased feeling of disconnectedness. Or new technology and processes that need colleagues to feel excited about for it to be successful. There’s always more to do and more for colleagues to learn, digest and action.

Our key principles

One of the key principles we have here at GW Comms Group is that sometimes, less really is more. Being clear on your objectives, what HAS to happen and how it relates back to the ultimate strategic aim, is key. And being clear on your WHY. If your case for change isn’t strong and well articulated, you will struggle with taking your audience on a journey.

Are your channels working as hard as they could, which content works best for which audience segment and how are you doing on your KPIs?

Whether you’re a leader in an organisation and want help formulating your employee communications strategy, a transformation director working on a large scale change programme, or in-house communicator who could do with a second pair of eyes, we’d love to help. No project or initiative is too large or small.

Grow your business

Helping people adapt to change through strong communications and engagement is our speciality.  It can be daunting knowing where to start or having the confidence to be bold. Let us help.
